Client Compass provides software for personal coaches written by professional coaches.

Coaching for LifeTM  provides a transferable coaching system that can facilitate tele-coaching by professional coaches or multiply mentors and coaches within the paid and volunteer leadership teams of a local church or ministry organization.

This life coaching tool is designed around a four step process:

  • Part 1: Profile.  Assessing your current reality.
  • Part 2: Purpose.  Declaring your intended future.
  • Part 3: Plan.  Creating your action plan for the Seven Areas of Life Management.
  • Part 4: Progress.  Working with a coach or partner to close the GAP between your current reality and your intended future by working on areas that need “Growth” support for “Action Steps” and help in overcoming “Problems.”
