E-Coaching: "A standard weekly schedule is a map of disciplines that help sustain a balanced life. This log of helpful habits and positive routines keep you on track and make life less confusing. You may never actually follow the schedule in every detail, but it serves as a guide, reminding you of the activities that bring order and balance to your life."
Action Step #1: "Veiw the completed samples then fill out your own Standard Weekly Schedule (use Excel or Paper Version) including disciplines such as work, rest, exercie, study, worship, recreation and family time. to gain an overview of what Coaching for Life will help you discover, clarify and manage."
Action Step #2: "After you have complete the worksheet attach the document to an email and send it to your coach (or accountability partner) then talk about it by phone or face-to-face."
