Steps Toward Balancing Life’s Demands

This book has been replaced by Coaching for Life: Balancing Life's Demands

Self-Evaluation: Seven Areas Of Life Management

1.   All of the pieces of your life can be categorized under one of seven basic areas and everything you do in one area effects the others.  Rate yourself from 1 to 5 (1= low, 5= high) in each of the seven areas of life management:

Family (marriage and family);  Finances (sharing, spending, saving);   Personal Growth (mental and emotional);   Physical (health and fitness);   Social (friendship and citizenship);   Spiritual (seeking and serving God);   Work (personal contribution)

2.   To which of the seven areas have you been giving too much time, energy or money?

3.   Which areas have you neglected?

4.   In which area do you feel the most pressure?  Why?

5.   What unwanted results may occur if you continue living your life as you are currently?
